Presidents' Day Monday February 20th 2012 is the tentative date. We feel that will be the busiest day at the parks during that week so might be time well spent at Club 33. Any input is appreciated. Please do not make any travel plans at this time as we must make certain Club 33 will be able to accommodate us once we know how many of us will attend.

What info etc other than number of people in our party do you need? I hope we can play Club33 directly while there.

What type of confirmation do we receive and do we have pony anything upfront?:goodvibes

Hi All.

In the past all our Club 33 visits were attended by a large amount of people so we had to arrange a banquet and pre pre-order our meals. That required me to pay the amount myself and the other guests reimburse me. When just a few attend we can spit the check and pay separately if desired. I have never asked for a deposit and so far have never been stuck paying for a guests meal. I guess I am the one with the most risk. The biggest risk is planning a banquet and people not attending without informing me. Then I will incur the cost for a no-show. I understand you are going to Disneyland primarily for this reason. All I can tell you is I would not offer a reservation not being able to deliver.

Thank you pxlbarrel, drag n'fly & Tags Missy, We will see you at Club 33.

Corbisblue are you out there? You expressed interest a while back. I don't want to leave anyone out that would like to attend.

Woohoo! Ticker created for now, I just hope all goes as planned !

Hi all,

I was planning on going into more detail as our Club 33 day approaches but I have been getting a few inquiries so I best offer a little more information.

You can expect the cost to be around 100.00 per person. The meal cost is the same as one day admission to one park plus as least 18% gratuity. We will arrange a cash bar for those that would like to take advantage of that option. If we have a large group Club 33 requires us to pre-order our meals. I will pay for the entire group and everyone will reimburse me the cost of their meal plus gratuity and nothing else. If we have just a few attending we have the option of ordering off the menu. In my opinion pre-ordering takes a little fun out of the Club 33 experience but that is the only option for a group of 12 or more.

As for the payment to myself, I would like to take care of that when we receive our Club 33 guest passes at Disneyland the day we dine. That pass entitles you to both parks and your meal at Club 33. I hope this answers a few questions.

I am looking forward to meeting a few new friends at Disneyland and Club 33.

Looks like our Club 33 day will be during February between the 20th and 26th 2012. I hope this works for a few of us. We just returned home from this years event, we had 13 Canadians attend plus U.S. friends. A few people have inquired about the cost. It is equal to a one day park admission. This year it was 79.00 plus tip, about 100.00 per adult. We are planning a lunch as the dress code is a little forgiving.

OK Time to get an approximate head count. If you are truly planning to attend the Club 33 day Feb. 20th 2012 please let me know. Surprisingly very few so far.

This sounds like a great time to me!! I haven't spent much time on the Canadian boards (why not???). The Diva trip is Feb 23, so I would love to come down a bit early and meet some fellow Canadian Disney fans :thumbsup2 if the offer is still available.

Hi,

I am not really new here (I read the forums from time to time) but I just, finally, registered *waves at pxlbarrel*

I am very interested in the February 20, 2012 Club 33 Shindig etc. Will be beyond amazing to get away from the freezing weather and winter boots and meetup with a bunch of Disney fans at Club 33.

If you decide to collect any money in advance to pay for things, I can certainly do PayPal plus pay any service charges so the organizer doesn't get hit with additional costs.

I am from the north end of Toronto, very close to Richmond Hill.

Cheers!

Heather :cheer2:

Hi Hazyone101,

No need to pay in advance. let me know how many to add to the list. happy to have you join us at Club 33.

I'm so sorry. I need to cancel for Feb 20. I won't be in California until Feb. 23.

Have a great time.

Some of us might still be there for a quick hello hazyone101. maybe next time.

15 Canadians for Club 33 day so far.

I know the dates may change but it is easilly canceled if necessary and likely not as easily booked at a later date.

Any other DVC going, they seemed to have good availability when I called.

Getting excited.

Hi everyone,

Well about 6 months to go until Canadian Club 33 Day.

Anyone thinking of joining us I need to have you on the list by November 20th at the very latest. So far we have 15 confirmed and a few on the fence. 11 are Disboard members and we look forward to meeting you. We have a smaller group this year as some of our Canadian regulars are going to WDW in February. 15 is a nice sized group. This is going to be fun as very few in this group have been to Club 33.

Pxlbarrel, Drag n' fly, Tags Missy, ABCanada, Queenbillabong, Club33forme you are on the list. If for any reason you are unable to attend please inform me as soon as possible.

Thanks all.

Tried getting GCV for the night but ended up booking rooms at the Disneyland Hotel for the 20th and 21st. WOohooo.:cool1:

I am sorry we cannot make it this upcoming trip :( :( :scared1::scared1:
