Yes.

Someone's daughter won a $500 shopping spree, sitting on a bench in Downtown Disney. Don't know about the Halloween party.

If I remember correctly, I think dreams are handed out between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

we were at MNSSHP last night and had our DD and niece with us, both 7 years old and dressed as Tink. A CM came up to us and gave the girls each a Tink pin and said it was a special pin that can't be bought anywhere. We don't collect/trade pins, so I don't know much about it, but the girls were happy and it was a nice moment.
