Can you view your AAA reservation online?

Can you view your AAA reservation online through the WDW website? I tried to enter my confirmation number and phone on the WDW website and it gave me the "please enter the phone number you used when making your reservation" message. Also, will I get any kind of confirmation paperwork from Disney? I got a confirmation email from my AAA TA, but it didn't say anything about the requests I made.

No, you can't view your reservation through Disney's system unfortunately. What happens is, even though you booked it, whenever you use a TA the booking belongs to the agency. Not you. I had many issues with this when I worked for AAA. You will not see your requests usually anywhere on the TA paperwork (unless they put them in just for your information). Disney will have any requests that you asked for (as long as the TA put them in ) on your final paperwork which you will pick up about 2 weeks before you are set to leave. You should just ask your TA to confirm that she put the requests in....just keep in mind that they can't guarantee anything, which is why some don't like to put it in writing.

Thanks! If I have any questions do I have to contact AAA or can I call Disney? My closest AAA office is about 2 hours away. The AAA agent I used is in South Carolina. Will she mail my paperwork to me?

One more question. When it comes time to make my ADR's will I be able to book all of them at the 180 day mark? Don't they usually ask for your reservation number?

Good question. I'm interested in that as well. I have my ADRs but may have to change one. I had used my resort only ressie but canceled that this morning when I booked my package through AAA.

I called my TA at AAA and she gave me my confirmation number. She didn't give it to me this morning because Disney's site was frozen and my trip package didn't go through until after I hung up.

Anyway, yes, you can use that confirmation number when making ADRs.

I'm sorry, I paid the total of my package this morning so I forgot to ask about payment options when I called back.

You should have an invoice sent to you to start. It will have your confirmation number on it (at least I always put it on the ones I sent out). I think I know who your TA is and she sounds very confident. If you have any changes that need to be made (aside from dining) you need to call your agent. Disney will pull up your reservation and then they won't let you do anything to it if you call them directly.
As for dining reservations...yes....you can make them at the 180 day mark without a problem.
