The last time we went to WDW, we flew SW. We had printed our boarding passes ahead of time, but when we arrived we still had to check in again because I had a lap child and they needed to see the birth certificate, etc.

Does anyone know if you can use the RAC if you are travelling with a lap child? We will be flying JetBlue this time.

If it were me, I'd check in at the RAC booth - I've not heard that TSA requires a birth certificate to take an infant/ lap child through security, so you shouldn't have a problem getting to the gate. Then I'd just ask the JetBLue people at the if they needed to see the birth certificate.
