Can you use quick service dining plan for more than one day?

Meaning, can you buy a quick service plan and if you don't use up the snack and/or beverage, use them a different day?

yes, i do that all the time.

believe you have to use the coupons up within 14 days from the first time you buy and use them

Yes we did that - got the dining plan as we ate at Leaky Cauldron, used the snack for butter beer there later, and beverage use with another meal the next day. The TM's are good at checking to see what you have left on the dining card too.
