Can you use expired ticket value for multiple tickets?

We have 2 8 day park hoppers that we bought from UT. They will expire at the end on this month. We might do a trip in April but only a couple nights.

Would it be possible to take those 2 tickets and have the value applied to cover 5 - 2 day tickets for my family?

Ticket upgrades are typically a 1:1 transaction. You can ask, but I wouldn't expect to get tickets for 5 individuals out of a credit for 2 tickets.

You can hold onto them and upgrade them to an annual pass or add more days onto it when you can take a longer trip, and just buy the 2 day tickets for this trip.

You cannot use one ticket to "upgrade" to multiple cheaper tickets.
