the ice cream carts. We are going on a surprise trip at Christmas and other family members are giving DD, but I wanted to make a goody bag with ones to buy Mickey Bars every day

They can be used at restaurants, so I don't see why the same wouldn't apply to ice cream carts..... That's a really cute idea.
