Can you use DDE for Fantasmic Dinner?

I made my PS for Fantasmic dinner at Brown Derby thinking I could use 2 of my table service since it's listed as a Rest. that accepts it. Didn't think anything else about it until my friend just tried to make PS for the Fantasmic dinner and she was informed that she couldn't use her DDE
Does anyone know which is valid?

There are lots of posts about this already...the official word is NO, but apparently some people have been allowed to use it. Don't expect it because you are not supposed to be allowed, but I don't think it could hurt to ask.
