Can you use counter service meals at Food&Wine Festival?

I'm looking at maybe doing an impromptu weekend for Food & Wine Festival, and can't seem to find if you can do counter service meals at the kiosks. I know you can do snack credits, but could we use a "meal", and would it even be worth it? Thanks!

No. The kiosks will accept only snack credits, not meal credits.
