I know at the end of a trip, you can turn any unused dining credits into snacks. My question is, can you turn snack credits into meal credits? We're currently at Disney and are on the deluxe dining plan. We are at LeCellier today which was two meal credits. We'll have credits left at the end, which we'll have to pick up snacks. Wondering if there's any way to turn our snack credits into meal credits, to make up for the one we used at LeCellier.

1. This isn't always automatically allowed anymore. People have reported being able to do it most often at a resort food court, but it depends on the resort and the CM. Also, the CM might only allow a 1 for 1 exchange so then it becomes a very expensive snack.

2. You can use snack credits to put together a meal. Many people will do this for breakfast - picking several items that qualify for snack credits, such as a bowl of oatmeal, a muffin and juice (3 items, 3 snack credits)

3. Are you planning to have 3 meals every day? That's a lot of food and it also takes a lot of time out of the day. We found that 2 meals a day (either breakfast or lunch and a 2 credit meal like Le Cellier) worked best for us. On the DxDDP you have 3 dining credits per person per night that can be used at TS or CS so you may find that you won't need to try and create meals out of snack credits. Considering the value of the dining credit it would be better to use them for meals rather than use them for take home snacks.

Snack credits cannot be used for anything except snacks. You may be able to assemble a meal with items considered snacks, but you will pay a separate snack credit for each item. You can never use snack credits at a table service restaurant.
