Can you transfer a WDW.com ressie to Dreams?

I got an email from a co worker today who will be traveling to WDW Dec 29-Jan 1 and she had no idea how busy it will be. She will be traveling with her 3 kids and one is a special needs child and she has zero planning done and is on the dining plan, so she needs to get going on that at least. I am going to meet with her to give her some tips, but my first thought was to have her transfer her reservation, which I think she booked through WDW.com, to Dreams for the planning assistance. I have done this for DCL reservations, but can you do it for WDW reservations?

I booked with Disney and transferred my ressie to dreams. My agent Jen is awesome! She's been so nice and is very informed on all things disney!
I will definitely use dreams right from the beginning next year.
