HOW the DVC actually works? Does it work like a regular timeshare where you pay the certain amount for so many months, and along with that you have a maintanence fee.... or is it some other way? Could you tell me where I can find this out or if you could tell me?

And also..
What is the comparison of prices compared to another timeshare? Cheaper? More Expensive? Equal?
