Can you still get to MGM...

by the boat from Epcot...WS side. I haven't done this in years and was wondering if this still is a feasible way to go. Going in early Dec., have Rose and Crown dinner res at 6:10pm and then want to hop over to MGM for EMH until 11pm.

Yes! You can! But, they also stop at the boardwalk, YC & BC, and swan/dolphin.. then mgm.

Yes you can. We found it to be very efficient and relaxing even with the stops at the resorts. There is one stop at the Dolphin/Swan area, one stop at the Beach/Yacht area and one at the Boardwalk area before heading to MGM. Boats seemed to come quickly .... maybe plan on 30 min just to cover your bases. Crescent Lake is beautiful at night with all the lights. You can also walk, but I imagine it would take you close to 30 min (but I'm a slow walker), and my feet are always tired by evening!

Definitely plan on 30 minutes... as the trip is almost exactly that length.

I have timed it each way in dozens of trips.

This is our favorite way of park hopping. Cooler than the buses, and a great way to relax!!!

Afterthought: and by the way, I love the buses

If you can get on a boat as one is pulling in, it's definetly worth taking, even if you're just going to Boardwalk.
