Can you stay at any DVC resort?

If your home resort is Saratoga Springs, does it cost extra points if you want to stay at WLV?

SSR owners pay the same number of points to stay at VWL (or any other DVC resort) as VWL owners do. The only difference is that VWL owners can make their ressies as early as 11 months before checkout date, but SSR owners can't make ressies at VWL until 7 months before checkout.

So you won't pay extra points because of not being a VWL owner. You will pay extra points because a unit at VWL costs more points than a unit of the same size at SSR for the same day.

You have to use the points chart for VWL which may have slightly different points from Saratoga Springs. Also you can book Saratoga 11 months out since that is your home resort while you book any other DVC resort 7 months out.
