....to POFQ and ride a bus to MK? Or do the DTD hotels have the same bus service as onsite guests? I'm driving in October and will only be able to go to the parks for one day. I'm going to try to do MGM that morning and MK MNSSHP that night. Any thoughts if I can do this or should I just try to stay onsite? I'm trying to save some money b/c we are going on a DCL cruise the next day.

Thanks!

I wouldn't try it. By the time you walk to the boat launch, catch the next boat, take the boat ride, get the next bus to MGM, ride to MGM, you could be waiting/riding for 2+ hours.

You said you were driving. Why not just drive to MGM? Your 2 hours of time is worth a lot more than saving the parking fee. Or, use the shuttles supplied by the DTD hotel.

sometimes the value resorts are a better deal than DD hotels. check first.

then if you still need to stay offsite ask the bus for the Mk its hours. if they don't go until the end of MNNSHP - then I would walk over to Cont and take its DD bus to DD then walk back to your hotel.
