Can you rollerblade on the MGM Walkway?

Is rollerblading allowed on the walkway to MGM? Can you rollerblade from the Dolphin to the International Gateway? It just seems like I can remember seeing somebody rollerblading on the Boardwalk, of all things.I could see it on the walkway to MGM, but seems like it would be too crowded to be safe on the Boardwalk.

My understanding is that rollerblading is not allowed on any walkway in any resorts. I believe a safety issue for those walking on the walkway.
