Okay so maybe not one more but I have photoshop elements 5 and have started to download freebies and one kit in particular. They download directly into my downloads folder as a zipped file. Now what do I do to get them into the background section of my photoshop? Does this even make sense :confused3? I tried playing around with it last night and unzipped the folder and extracted the <photos> into my photo area then selected them and choose create and was able to manipulate them to look like a page? Does that even make sense? I am so confused? Is there a manual I can buy to teach me? I love paper but the look of the digital pages blow me away! I want to learn!!

Thanks so much in advance for all your help!

I have photoshop 6, but I'll attempt to help you. :) Digi is so much easier I think!

Just open a new photoshop project (a blank one).

Then just start file/opening all those individual elements - say you open 3 pieces of paper.

They will probably open in 3 separate windows.

So now you have 4 windows open - your original (blank) project and 3 pieces of paper.

Drag the paper into your blank project and start scrapbooking!

Thanks so much! I am going to spend all night reading and trying to learn. I am that excited! I'll keep you posted as to how I make out. :thumbsup2
