Can you pay your Disney Visa with Disney Gift Cards?

I think that I read somewhere on here that a person bought Disney gift cards at the local supermarket that gave out gas reward points over the course of a year to max out gas rewards and then used the gift cards to pay for a Disney vacation. We usually put our vacation on our Disney Visa to get the reward points and have the 6 months interest free deal and then pay it off when the 6 months are up (why give someone $ early when it can be making us a little money in the meantime?). If they don't accept them in the mail as payment, then we would either have buy a ton of gift cards over the next 9 or so months and pay Disney directly or just do the Disney Visa and not do the gift cards.

It sure would be nice to max out the discount on gas on each fill-up, though.

No you cannot use a Disney gift card to pay your Visa Bill if I am understanding you correctly. You can buy Disney gift cards with your visa and pay your Disney reservation with it.

Now there's a way to get both the gas rewards AND the Disney rewards! But, we would lose the 6 months no interest deal. Hmmmmm. What to do, what to do?

No, but you can use it for most of the restaurants, souveneirs & such when you get to the parks. Or towards the deposit.
