Those characters are pretty much only parade characters. No meets that I know of.

Jiminy, Genie and Ralph used to be meetable during regular park hours.

Dopey used to meet with Snow White in Germany.

No Cheshire or Dumbo though.

Jimmy has (in the past) appeared for guests to meet over at DAK's Rafiki's Planet Watch for "Earth Week."

One year my ex-husband and I took our son and daughter to WDW...it was the MNSSHP, they shut the magic carpet ride down and had Genie and Abu ride with the 4 of us; we were the only ones on the ride!!
My son rode with Abu and my daughter rode with Genie, all I could hear was giggling and our children asking them if they wanted to come trick-or-treating with us! It was SO wonderful, needless to say I cried with joy and my cheeks hurt from smiling.
The families in line cheered when we got off of the ride.
That was my one and only encounter with Genie...it is all I need.

I've met Jiminy at AK.

Genie at parties and years ago there was a character meal at DHS where the Disney Jr show is now.

Years ago, I met all 7 dwarfs with Snow White in Germany.

Met Ralph when the movie first came out where Launch Bay is now.

I've never seen Cheshire or Dumbo as a M&G, but that would be awesome!

I may be either delusional or just old, but I remember meeting Jiminy in the Magic Kingdom several years ago. Robo, do you know why meeting him has become more rare, especially with the popularity of Wishes these past several years?

Back around 2005 there used to be a double decker bus at EPCOT that would drive in full of characters and the characters would get off to do meet and greats. Jiminy used to be one of the characters on the bus along with Foulfellow.

Met Ralph & Vanellope at he old animation bldg at DHS when they were the "new movie" characters.

Met Genie with Aladdin at Characterpalooza back when the time/place were widely known. Genie also used to be in Move it Shake it at MK before he and Stitch were replaced by Judy & Nick.

Also saw Jiminy at Rafiki's Planet Watch in 2008, and saw Genie at Epcot meeting with Aladdin in WS once, but missed getting to meet as they were going on break just as we got in line, and had somewhere else to be so couldn't wait.

i've seen the dwarves once in one of hte surprise meet and greets in epcot when they open the gates to world showplace and there is a dozen not often seen characters... other than that from your list I dont' think the others even come out anymore but snow white with teh dwarves are a meet and greet during the fall parties.

I think touring plans has a character app that will alert you when characters come out. not sure how it works but you might get lucky and be able to watch for them to appear and get alerted if they do.

We met Genie with Jasmine in MK last June. She started the set alone, but Genie joined her part of the way into it before we had reached the front of the line.

We met Jiminey in DAK years ago. I happened upon Dopey one night as we were leaving MK right under the castle. I was so excited, I have a picture of me with him with a big dopey grin on my face.
