Can you make a nice looking blog with Blogger?

I just started one, and so far it is super basic. Eventually I would like to add photos and video.

Are you satisfied with what your blog looks like on Blogger?

I *think* the sky's the limit.

I use the wordpress software, which I think is similar. and there is no end to what I can do.
