MS can flag both reservations as a Continuing Stay. An owner from each membership will need to contact MS to have the continuing stay noted on the reservations.

Are you asking if two member groups are traveling at same time .
Can you request like rooms in same area of hotel?
Or do you mean using two memberships for a stay in same room for an extended period?
