Can you check in to HRH early and get your resort card

and then come back when the room is ready? We will be driving over from WDW so we thought we could preregister and head to the park?

Unless this also will be changing...I did just this in December. We arrived before the room was ready and pre registered and headed for the parks. We returned a few hours later to check into our room. They were more than happy to store our luggage and issue our passes before our actual room was ready.

Same with us. We had no problem checking in early.

To make you feel better, you can always call the hotel in advance to confirm!
