Just to give you an idea of what we are bringing ourselves. We are having our ceremony at the wedding pavilion and bringing our own aisle runner (Disney is setting it for $25), unity candle, and memorial candle w/ glass hurricane(Disney is setting them for free). We then are having our pre-reception on White Hall Terrace and I am bring our own centerpieces for the 6 tables (we have to have some one in our group set them as Disney does not set centerpieces). Our reception is in White Hall, we are bringing rhinestone ribbon for our cake (delivering it to the bakery the day before wedding and Disney is putting it on our cake), we are bringing our own guest book (Disney is setting for free), our own gift card box (Disney is setting for free), and our own toasting flutes (Disney is setting for free). Oh and petal cones that Disney will fill withpetals for staged exit for us.
Things we have to set at reception but we are bringing ourselves (someone in our group has to set 1 hour before event starts)...
Heart shaped votive candle holders with rhinestones filling them
Battery operated candles for heart votives
Scatter crystals for the tables
Mr & Mrs rhinestone signs for head table
Mickey Ears for favor/place card
