Can you Add a Day to MYW Tickets

I am assuming that the answer to this question is no, but today at work my DH won a $50 gift certificate to any Marriott Hotel so we were going to go down after work on Friday night and drive most of the way and then stay in a hotel and I was just wondering if after you have already purchased your tickets and recieved them if you can add a day on them or if you have to purchase new one day passes (that would be too $$$) So if anyone knows for sure that would be really helpful. Thanks.

Yes, you can add days onto a MYW ticket. We went down with 5 day park hopper MYW tickets that expired, and we expanded them (after using them for 2 days) to a 10 day non expiring ticket with 5 pluses. They just subtracted the amount of a 5 day ticket from the cost and reissued us new tickets.

Ok let me get this straight, i have 6 day park hopper plus MYW tickets if I wanted to make them 7 Day they would just subtract what I paid for the 6 day and the difference would only be $2??? B/c it says on the web site that 6 day park hoppers with the magic plus option for two people is $534 and for 7 days with the same options for two people is $536... I can't imagine it would only be $2!?!?!

Yes, it is $2. more. This is one place where Disney still has a "let you change your mind" policy, although you cannot get refunds. You cdan even add the extra day(s) after you start using the pass, I think you have 6 days, some folks say you have 13 days to do this.

That's exactly what I read too! Congrats - you get to go for an extra day - what are you going to do with it? Eat a frozen banana for me!

I'm going to upgrade ours to an 8 day when we get there. I think it will only be $3 for each ticket.

I got my original 5 day park hopper MYW tickets from AAA and these are what I had upgraded, they just scanned the tickets and did the upgrade from there. It was afterward that we realized that we made out a little in the deal.
