can we upgrade a 4day base ticket at Disney store?

Friend has a 4day base ticket (expiring, no hopping) that she bought at the Disney Store before Christmas. Where can she have that upgraded to a 5day ticket?
I understand the difference btwn both is only $4. Now that we're staying at the BWV it will be easy to get to EpCot on our last 1/2 day. Thank you

Disney Stores cannot upgrade tix but you can upgrade them when you get to WDW. I would think that the hotel would be able to.
