I have friends who are going to WDW next week and so far the weather forecast appears to be a bit on the cooler side. Can Disney turn off the splashes on Splash Mountain? I'm guessing so as there are times when I've walked by and the bridge is wet and other times it is completely dry but I wasn't sure if that had to do with the wind or their ability to turn on and off the splashes.
So, if they have the option to turn them off and have done so, how wet do you get on SM?
TIA!

Oh, well.
