Can we party in a Grand Villa?

Hello!

So, we so far have 60 on our guest list but 30 are basically in the wedding party and or dating someone in the party. I personally do not want to pay for a meal for half my party when the wedding is the next day.


We are planning to book a 3 bed room villa and maybe host something their?


Is that even allowed? Since they have a kitchen we can go to Sams club and get some quick food and drinks and chit chat?


Anyone have any thoughts?

I hosted a dinner in a 3 bedroom grand villa and was told I had to keep my headcount under 16. My party group was only 15 people and all were onsite guests.

I think what you are planning will be fine. We had 3 BR Villa at OKW and were fine for drinks/snacks. we didn't even think to ask about the headcount rule.
We had about 20 adult guest and 6 kids but they stayed upstairs playing quiet games. Just would be sure not to be loud and bother other guest. We were fine, good luck.

We did this in a Garden Suite at the Boardwalk. We only had about 20 people but it was no big deal. My parents went to Olive Garden and got pasta, salad, and breadsticks and we had a cookie tray and a ice chest full of cold beer, and also wine.. I am happy we did this because we were first thinking of doing Hoop Dee Doo and this worked out to be ALOT cheaper and more relaxed.

We have rented the Royal Asante Suite at Animal Kingdom. We are having Maggiano's cater it. They will deliver. We are providing our own beer and wine. This way folks can hang all night. There is great outside space overlooking the animals and plenty of seating inside. We have @40 people.
