Can we go to Cheesecake Factory without doing DisneyQuest?

I know there is a CheeseCake Factory at the top floor of DisneyQuest. Is it possible to eat here without paying to enter DQ? Also, what kind of food do they have here?

They removed the Cheesecake Factory from Disney Quest awhile ago. It's now a Disney-run food court.

There is a Cheesecake Factory up in the Mall of Millenia which I hear is wonderful.

Yep--the Mall of Millenia one isn't bad. It's a bit of a drive from WDW.
