Can U walk from CSR to Blizzard Beach?

I'm looking at a Disney World map and CSR looks like it's across the street from Blizzard Beach. I understand WDW is huge but I was wondering if you could walk from CSR to Blizzard Beach? 15 minute walk? 30 minute walk? Not feasible?

I probably shouldn't admit this, but I rode a bike from CSR to Blizzard Beach! There are very nice sidewalks that go from CSR to Blizzard Beach. So when I rented a bike at CSR, I went through the parking lot and just kept going! I went right up to the entrance to Blizzard Beach before I turned around. So if I could ride a bike, I am sure you could walk! It wasn't far at all, at least I didn't think so! And no one stopped me and told me I couldn't!

I'm sure the official spiel is to take the bus, but there are sidewalks there, so why not use them?

Thanks. I'm a walker and I love water parks, hopefully I'll be OK. I took advantage of the free upgrade and I want to visit the water parks at my leisure. No commando style vacationing for me...I plan on relaxing and taking in the atmosphere.

I remember others saying you could do this also. I have it in the back of my mind to try it one day (we have never stayed at this resort, nor have we gone to BB waterpark yet--so that would make for a nice trip to do this).

Yes, you can. Not sure about how long it takes, though.

You can make that walk with little trouble. Dependant upon where your room is at CSR, there would be a sizeable difference in the length of the walk. But, even from the furthest Rancho, it's not likely more than a mile and a half.
