Can tickets purchased at a Disney Store be linked to account online?

I am going to WDW in a few days and did not buy tickets yet. Can I buy tickets at Disney Store and link them to my account now so that I can try to schedule Fast Pass? Can't seem to get through to Disney by phone right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. As long as you have the ticket number, you can link them on MDE.

Also, much easier to scan the ticket using a smartphone (get the MDE app) than keying in the ticket number for all purchased tickets.

On the other hand, once my tickets are linked, I find it easier to get my FastPasses on a PC than on my smartphone.

One other thought--why not just buy your tickets online, via your MDE app? Once purchased, they will automatically be linked to your MDE app. No entering of numbers (or scanning of tickets) needed. No trip to the Disney Store needed.

True...in my case I went to a Disney Store since I had a bunch of Disney Gift Cards that I wanted to use to buy the tickets. Online your ability to do that is much more limited.
