I just found out my nephew got in over hos head when he took over the mortgage payments on their house. (my brother died, and my SIL moved back to CT)
He is a young kid, and I thought it was crazy. He was barely 20 yr old when his mom moved.
My brother just told me this morning the bank has forclosed on the house. How do I find out of they are going to auction it, and when?
