Can Someone Make This For 2013

Hi,

I love this disign of Milliepie's but saw somewhere that she is not creating new disigns right now and wondered if anyone could update this to be 2013?

I know that I am super early but last trip I was at a Wal-Mart in Orlando at midnight buying a printer to finish my shirts and I so don't want to do that again.

this cannot be simply updated but would have to be created....I for one will try to do something similar in next couple days.
