I can't find our the direct phone number for our guide. We are redoing a room in our home and I can't get to all of our paperwork.

Does anyone have the number for Jim McCoy?

I know he is probably in until 7 tonight and I would like to try and reach him.

Is it possible for someone to PM it to me or do I have to call MS?

I don't know his direct number, but you can call 1-800-800-9100 (the general sales number) and get the information, I'm sure.

you can also email member services via the website and get the information. I just did that to get my rep's phone number.
