I don't remember the leukemia patient dying. The last I saw of him, they thought he had brain damage.

I loved the format. It kept me guessing. What was NBC thinking? Expecting Americans to actually turn on a brain cell or two after 2 hours of prime time "guilty pleasures"?

Well, all of my brain cells were turned on just fine--and I HATED the backwards episode!!!! I also agree that they're turning Luka into a total jerk--and I hope they redeem him soon!

I just watched it last night. I was able to follow it, though it would have been more enjoyable going forward! Anyway, I thought the leukemia man did die? I have it on tape and can rewatch the beginning(end)! I hope Luka shapes up, he used to be a compassionate character.

I don't remember him dying either, at the very beginning they said he was brain damaged, and that was the last I remember hearing.

They never declared him dead but there were indications that they thought it was just a matter of time, sounded like he was brain dead but still on machines.

I didn't like the format, didn't really add anything and was the slowest plot they've had so far.

Not sure where they are going with Luka, it does seem a little too like Ross but he usually had some redeeming qualities. Lately Luka hasn't had much going for him. I think it's been there before this season, didn't he beat a guy to death that robbed him & Abby? The other girl he got pregnant while dating Abby? The show has shown him to have a few demons from his past.
