CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN "DING"???

What is all this "DING" about? I've never flown SWA and not sure what it is. I can get RT from BOS to MCO for $241 pp. Should I wait for SWA or this DING thing? I am nervous waiting.

Can someone explain DING and whether I should wait or not? We are going Oct 7-15th.
