My Uncle has finally seen the light and is letting me plan his upcoming Disney trip. I am sending this e-mail to him so that I can make his schedule.
Can someone proof this and make sure I did not forget any vital information?
Introduction:
Hello!
You are reading the first edition, one of a kind kit to a successful trip at Disney World. Before I can make your Disney Dreams a reality, I need to find out a few things you would like to have accomplished on your trip.
Things Needed to Know:
1) Are there any special requests for food?
2) What is your hotel phone number, address, and name?
3) What transportation will you be taking to and fro the parks?
4) What is your budget range?
5) What is your flight information?
6) What is your arrival date and departure date?
7) What is your arrival time and departure time?
8) Will you be going to the water parks?
9) Would you like to spend any time in Downtown Disney?
10) Any dietary preferences?
My Sources:
When I determine your calendar schedule I use two sources: the Walt Disney World website to show which days will have the Extra Magic Hours at which park (Will increase crowd levels) and the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World's web site's Crowd Calendar (Uses statistics from the previous year to show which days will be busy and which will not). Together I combine the two information and conclude which park to attend each day.
Miscellaneous:
I will be giving step-by-step directions to get to and fro parks to restaurant and reverse. I will give three options when listing times and it is up to you to choose what time to do so. If you do not follow my directions I will, no offense, drive down to Florida and kick your butts. Once again, no offense.
Things That You Will Do Next Time:
Stay at a Disney hotel. If you stay at a Disney Hotel you can participate in Extra Magic Hours. You can take the Disney's Magical Express service (which is free, picks up your luggage from the airport, delivers it to your room, checks you in at your hotel into your airline for when you leave, and then takes it to the airport). Simple.
Thanks a ton in advance!
