I have not been on here in a while I leave in 10 days. I go every year but this year I come on the dis and I am totally lost.

When they came out with the new app I couldn't access it so I didn't bother.
I am staying at okw
I am not on dining plan.

do I need a magic band?

I went to do my online check in and it says I do not have a reservation but on member services it says I do.....so where do I start?

I read some threads on the magic band but I am confused as It looks like you must check in online first. I would like to customize the colours if we HAVE to have one.

anyone with extra time that could help me I would appreciate it.

OKW stays are not eligible for Magic Bands until mid-October so no, you will not need one.

Under "Reservations" on My Disney Experience here is a tab for "Link Resort Reservations". Click on that and follow the prompts with your reservation information and it should then show up on you My Disney Experience account.

You do not need to check in on line first to customize the Magic Bands. Although the bands are not available for your upcoming trip, on your next trip you will be able to customize them about 60 days out. You will also be able to make FP+ selections at that time.
