Can Saddam get into heaven?

Wow! Is all I can say. This is just a thought but I think Sadaam is in more trouble than Bush. I'm not judging. I just think torturing and killing your own people deserves a harsher punishment. I may be wrong. George is the second most evil man. Now that I think about it you could be right? I forgot maybe God will overlook the thousands of Kurds Sadaam gassed. Your right, George is doomed.
I don't think g-d sees different people... I don't think he cares that Saddam killed HIS people, but that Saddam killed innocent people... I really don't think G-d sees borders

I agree, Jenny.

I was short in my first posts and didn't explain my meaning across very well. If we start judging Sadaam in that way, where does it stop?

Will our President suffer the same fate?

Will our troops that have killed be held to the Commandment that decrees we shall not kill? If not, does that mean that if you are ordered to kill in the name of your country that you are exempt from God's laws?

It's easy to judge Sadaam, we all know he is a bad guy. But he isn't the only bad guy out there.

Yes, ANYONE can get into heaven. I believe that all you have to do is repent of your sins, ask for forgiveness, and invite Jesus Christ to dwell in your heart. If Saddam does/has done these things then I believe he will get into heaven.

While I cannot judge a mans heart, I have a hard time believing he will go to heaven when he does not believe his actions are sins, which they clearly are. But then again, humans have and always will attempt toe (a) justify sins or (b) deny that something is sinful. It is human nature, we are not perfect.

Who knows? This sounds like a question for the magic 8 ball.

I'll give the line from my Sunday School class:

For God So Loved the World That He Gave His Only Son So That Whomever Believes in Him Shall Not Perish But Have Eternal Life.

What is in Saddam's heart is not visible for me to judge.

I pretty much believe that too.... but can that happen as they are about to stick a needle in your arm? There is a saying that "everyone believes in God while in a fox hole".

In this case, you can't really be serious, can you? This isn't the OJ case. I don't need official evidence. I'll just use the the testimony of THOUSANDS of people he has abused. I'll look at the THOUSANDS of Kurds that were gassed. I'll accept the story of at least 6 -7 books I have read even before the war.

But, if your way works for you, then great. My way works for me..... in this instance. Certainly I couldn't apply the same thinking in 99.99% of all cases.
I guess you missed the picture of Donald Rumsfeld shaking Saddams hand in 12/83 after the gassing of the Kurds. Yeah it's liberating when we kill and it's a massacre when our enemy of the week does. hmmmmmm
Yea for all King George Bush's religion he has killed tens of thousands. Think Jesus will forgive him??

It's up to God to determine how "sincere" someone is. I mean look at the guy on the cross next to Christ. I don't think there are any "time limits."

Today I'll take peanuts instead of popcorn and sit back and watch all the judging.

And I'll bring the libations. This one should be good! :drinking1

He won't be in any Heaven I would want to be a part of.

On the other hand, I'm glad I serve a God who can forgive a SH if he is truly repentant. Obviously, he (SH) isn't as of yet.

No there is no heaven for him to go to. Or anyone as far as my thought on the subject goes.

No, didn't miss it at all. I wasn't addressing Rummy... Maybe he can't get into heaven either.

And, yes, I think George could go to heaven.

The people that Sadam killed, who did not believe in your God, will therefore be going to hell, correct? If I'm wrong, please educate me.
