Can my girlfriend checkin ahead?

Hi all,
I will be staying at VWL for a long weekend with 3 girlfriends. One of my gf's will be arriving 4 hours before the rest. Can she checkin before me if I am the member? I'm afraid with a late night checkin all the "good" rooms will be taken. Also this will give her the chance to get settled and enjoy the resort. Thanks

Call member services and make sure she is listed on the ressie, and I would also send a copy of the ressie confirmation with her. The only oter prblem may be if you are getting the Dining Plan. There have been reports that all parties must be present to check-in if you have th dining plan (although that may have been for free dining at the regular resorts)

As long as her name is on the reservation she will be fine. My parents are actually the DVC members but this summer I checked in for us at OKW. As long as the person checking in is over 18 and listed on the reservation there shouldn't be an issue.
