Can I not visit other resorts unless I have dining reservation?

I was not planning on using QS as an excuse. We love the beignets at POFQ and every trip we always stop by for some. In the past driving and parking there to purchase them has never been a problem. I called DW to find out if that had changed and after 2+ hrs I finally gave up. Was just looking for clarification.

We actually like to bus to POFQ, grab an order of beignets, and then boat to DS. I'm really happy that we'll be able to do that again next month!

Their beignets are AMAZING. We Can’t leave FL without having some. The boat from DS is a perfect idea.
