Can I make 8 days of FP+ if I only have a 6 day ticket?

I planned on buying 6 day tickets from Maple Leaf for DD's then upgrading to 8 day tickets while there ( for the $15 or so savings per ticket).........Will I be able to make 8 days of FP+ selections with 6 day ticket attached to their MDE accounts? TIA

Sorry, but no.

Six days of tickets = six days of advance FP+

The instant that you do the upgrade you will be able to make additional advanced FP+ for the added days.

It might be worth it. Most rides should have availability up to the day of, except for the super-headliners. So if you use your 6 pre-booked FPs for those rides, and save the less scarce FPs for the two days that you will add-on, you should be fine.

yep, we learned this too..... and I will wait it out till we upgrade at the park,darn it!
