Can I buy gold AP for teen?

My tween is not on my DVC contract but I want to upgrade/bridge her ticket to a gold AP when we go (together) next month. Is this possible? I will be upgrading at same time if that makes a difference. (Asking since Gold is only an option for DVC'ers.)

You can purchase annual passes for any immediate family member that lives at your address. Adults (ages 18+) will need to show a photo id that has the same address as the member.
