Can I bring ___ on the Autotrain?

I have an electric cooler and a 9" tv/vcr. Can I bring them on the train and plug them in? Last year when we took th Reg Amtrak train from NY to Orlando there were outlets. Provided they're outlets on the autotrain , will they let me run these things??

We've stayed in a family room on the autotrain and there were plugs. We used a small tv and didn't have a problem.
