Can I add the DDP later??

Here's a question I'm hoping someone can help me with.

My final payment on our Dec. trip is due in a couple of weeks.
Financially I am cutting it VERY close.... does anyone know if this is possible:

Can I temporarily take the dining plan off my package (I'm booked during blackout week, so no free dining for me!), and then add it on in November.

I want the ddp, but I'd like to buy myself a little more time to come up with the $$.

Yes, you can add it up to 72 hrs before your trip. I am planning to do the same, only I didn't add it to my original ressie. I also saved a little of the initial costs by only adding 1 day tix to our ressie. I will upgrade them when we are there. Gives me a little more time to pay since it is a last minute trip. We are closing on our house this month, so didn't want to fork out a ton of cash at once and didn't want to use credit either. Bought myself some time!
