can i add additional guest onto a booking?

Hi
i'm booked to spend 4 nights at the BWV in aug. Orginally it was just my son and i. However, my friend and child are now considering going at the same time. is it possible to add them onto my booking( i undersatnd the occupanacy level is 4 for the room)
If so, how do i do this?
any help would be great

You can add names (up to the occupancy limits of the room) when you check in at the resort before they print the room keys (assuming you're not adding the dining plan). If you have the dining plan, I would call member services to add the names prior to arriving at the resort.

If you are the member and the points being used are yours, call MS and add the two names. If you are not a member and are renting a reservation from a member, contact the member and ask them to add the names to the reservation. If you rented directly from Disney, call CRO and add the names to the reservation.
