Can Disney gift cards be used at Starbucks and EOS?

I'm trying to find inexpensive breakfast options, and it looks like we can get sandwiches for about $6 each at Starbucks. Do the Starbucks in the parks and EOS at DTD accept Disney gift cards? Otherwise, I will have to budget more cash.

We charged everything to our Magic Bands at Earl of Sandwich (never went to Starbucks) and paid off our room charges with Disney Gift Cards.
