Can AP voucher be used for check-in?

Will the Resorts accept an AP voucher at check-in? We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge in early February with an AP discount. I plan on purchasing our APs sometime this week. If we are unable to check-in with the Voucher, what suggestions can you give me on how to activate the AP before checking in (we will not have a car and will be loaded with luggage!!).

They will accept them. We checked into CSR during the Friday before Thanksgiving, and ours had not yet been activated. We just activated them the next morning.

Yes, I was worried when we checked in last summer because I just had the vouchers and hadn't activated them yet. Surprise - they never even asked to see the vouchers. I actually asked and the CM said "that's okay".

We also checked in to CSR the friday before Thanksgiving. We had an AP rate & had every intention of purchasing the passes at Guest Relations at DD before checking in. However due to our flight being late and having to wait for our limo, we never made it there before they closed.
We thought we'd have to probably pay rack rate for the 1st night.
We checked in without and not a mentions of the AP's.

At "worst", you'll be asked to bring back to the front desk an activated, valid annual pass sometime within the first day or two of your visit.

Despite what the language on the confirmation form says, I've never heard of a guest being denied a passholder discount because they did not have an active pass in hand at check-in.

I have stayed onsite with a passholder discount five times (I think), and for at least four of them, I was never asked for a pass at all. The scenario I mentioned above seems to happen only rarely, and that's the *most* strict I've ever heard occur.
