Hi....Please tell me the offer is still on to get $15 off each point. I can't find the info anywhere.
We are interested in buying 320 points very soon....just need to confirm the price so we can crunch the numbers. :)

Yes, If referred by a member $15.00 off per point.
You can use me for a referral.
I PM'd you!

Thanks, Cathy

Before you buy, it is suggested by many on this site to buy smaller contracts as opposed to one big contract. It makes them easier to sell at a latter date. So when you are interested in buying 320 pts you might consider asking for 150 pt. contract, then divide up the next 170 pts into different variations (ie two 50 pts and one 70 just as an idea. You can buy as small as 25 pts.) More people will probably chime in on this idea.

I second this! We bought a 210 contract and did a 150 and 60. If we add on we'll do it in 60 poiont increments as well.

aRe there closing costs on each contract?

When we bought in, no but I think that may have changed. I think it was closong costs on initial contracts but waived as add-ons. If thats so and you break up the points than maybe you would be charged for the first but not the others. Best to speak to your guide about that.
If you don't have one PM me and I'll be happy to refer you to mine. He's great!

You will pay closing cost for the "initial" contract of 150 pts. But anything after that is considered an "add on." According to my Guide, there are no closing costs for add ons. If you decide to make your first contract more, I beileve the closing cost will be a little more. I opened with 170 pts and felt the closing costs were fair.

Just thought of this as I was waking up... there may be a snag in the idea of buying one large contract and then getting a bunch of smaller contracts for you. I'm not sure but they may only offer the $86 per point for the "main" contract and still charge $101 for the smaller contracts. If that is true, you might need to buy just one large contract (if you are thinking you won't be selling). Can anyone else comment on this?
