I'm not expert by any means, but it looks like a moderate because it looks like it's an outdoor hallway versus individual balconies.

I'd say CBR or one of the Port Orleans resorts.

Yes, the roof is definitely red. It looks like the Grand Floridian. Maybe the man on the sidewalk is at the Polynesian?
