I am happy to hear I am not the only crazy one, I have a binder too! I don't have spread sheets yet. I am waiting to see what the EMH will be for next June and then I will start all that.

For now I have resturant menu's and show descripitons seperated by park. I also have a few brocheure ect.. that I have.

YEA for the ultra organized of the world!

This is my first go at a binder and I must say, it's feeding the OCD planner in me. I know I need to back down and allow the 9 other people going to enjoy their vacation the way they like to vacation. I know my plans are simply "guidelines"

Believe it or not, once my cousin Wendy has time, planning will hit a new level of "over the top". She and I are like two peas in a pod. Must be genetic.

Don't laugh, but when I read your update, I actually thought to myself, "I wonder if I could overnight some cookies to Leyla...?" Really. I'm sure my spreadsheet doesn't taste that good.

Not sure yet....probably mid-June.

I'm sure my family and friends will appreciate me during our upcoming trip. Taking drink pictures (which by the way, could amount to many, many pictures), FedExing cookies to a person I've never met......

Of course you have to wake up every day by 730 you are in disney, and there is always something to do, you can sleep when you get back.

You are totally commando and totally 24. I used to get up at the crack of dawn, but I just can't do it anymore. The joys of getting old.. I think we have one day scheduled up at 7:15 the rest at 8 or 9am.

There is no turning back now...... you are certified Disney nut according to my DH.I can say go get my "notebook" to any of my kids and they run and get my Disney binder!

she looks up from a notebook she is drawing in and says" mommy,do you want to stay at POP or square hotel(that is what she call the Cont.)?"
She was playing "plan a disney trip"!
She "wrote" in her own disney binder where we would eat,etc and then she packed! It was adorable...

Ok, just to confirm Jordan's accusations (ha)... I *did* actually have about a 3" "wedding binder" - complete with sections for all the elements of the wedding, bridesmaids letters, postcards for all involved parties, checklists, etc. BEFORE I WAS ACTUALLY ENGAGED. Hee hee hee. Fortunately my boyfriend (now DH) said that it wasn't a matter of "if" but rather "when" we would get married, so he let me plan away even before it was official. Took a lot of pressure off him and also made me happy b/c then I could plan to my heart's content. Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

So once it happened (and oddly, Jordan was the first person I called - from inside the bathroom of the restaurant we went to - to tell him of the news) I was all "Ok, let's start doing stuff - I've already got my binder!"

We are scary people.

Normally, I *would* be more OCD but I just got no time.

And btw, GO DUCKS. Finally, a win. Nice season opener.

Just found your trip report, Jordan...I have spent an hour reading this, and I have found myself alternately amused, disturbed (potty pics? seriously), inspired (you know your way around a spreadsheet, dude), and enchanted. Your PTR has everything - I laughed,I cried, I saved $5!!

Seriously, though, I can't wait to hear how this trip turns out...I find myself wishing it wasn't so far away. Which is a bit odd, when you think about it.

And by the way, when I go in November (just 24 days away - nanny nanny boo boo!), I will be doing a few things based on what I have learned here...

1. Taking pictures with random sleeping strangers

2. Taking pics of people I love entering and exiting the potty - what a fabulous idea!

3. Finding Asian people to have my pic taken with. No. I am not Asian. It just looks so fun when you do it.

So, thanks, Jordan, for opening my eyes to all this fun I could have missed out on due to my own ignorance!!
